Initial Meeting: Greens Landscaping will meet with you to discuss your landscape style preferences, design elements you would like to have incorporated into your landscape design as well as any budgetary constraints. We will share a portfolio of our work so you can get an understanding of Green Landscaping quality of work and work style. This is also a great time to share photographs and pictures of landscape designs and design elements you would like to see incorporated into your own landscape plan. Based on this initial conversation we will provide you with a quote for our design services. If you are okay with the design service quote we will proceed with design concepts.

Next steps:
You will meet with Greens Landscaping and our landscape architect to review the first round of landscape design concepts. This is an
opportunity to share feedback about the design concepts as well as any items you would like to have modified. It’s really important that the
design concepts map to your tastes and expectations.

A final set of landscape plans will be provided after all edits and modifications have been made. Greens will also provide an itemized cost
breakdown for each item of the landscape plan. Our proposals are itemized, collapsible and expandable so that you can add or delete items
from the landscape project based on your individual budget.

Existing plans can also be modified by Greens Landscaping to better map to your design tastes. If there are design changes, a final set of design concepts will be provided after all modifications have been made. Greens will also provide an itemized estimated based on the new design.
